MetTel has invested heavily in operations support systems that enable agents to enter orders directly, track provisioning progress and track customer account activity.  A sophisticated online system enables agents to track commissions and payments.

In addition, we provide agents with training, with technical support and with personnel dedicated to resolving service and billing issues that have been "escalated" to agents.

MetTel provides day-long training sessions that will help you get the most out of MetTrack, the new customer account management system, and MetSteps, the new order entry and provisioning system.   The training provides an overview of MetTel's products and services and gives agents a chance to meet the agent support team in person.

There's technical support to help you and customers understand how to get the most out of our technologies and services.   This is particularly helpful for broadband offerings like DSL.

The MetTel agent escalation process is designed to resolve issues quickly.   Agents can call or send email to the agent escalation team.  An account manager will confirm receipt of your request and will advise you promptly of the steps being taken to complete it.
