MetSteps enables agents to input orders electronically and to track order progress from sale to activation. MetTrack enables you to access and manage customer activity.
These programs enable agents to provide customers with real-time, up-to-the-minute information on pending orders. There's no need to put the customer on hold while you check with a MetTel rep.

MetSteps has four components:
Order Entry - This is the sales front end where agents can input orders directly. Need additional information? You can stop at any point, save your file and continue from where you left off. You can select the plans, features and contracts that your customers need and complete the process with the click of the mouse.
Qualification - MetTel reviews your order and determines eligibility for migration. Agents are notified immediately if additional information is needed or if the order has been rejected. Once qualification occurs, the order is provisioned.
Provisioning - The order is sent for migration to MetTel. A correct order is acknowledged, confirmed and completed.
Activation - Once the order is completed, MetTel creates a customer record with services, plans and features. Some orders require manual activation and a customer account must have verified usage. Agents are notified as activation occurs.

MetTrack enables agents to access MetTel's customer information system. This saves time and enhances the relationship between agents and their customers. Agents will only have access to data associated with their customers. |
